Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective materials are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for oversized furniture and appliances.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
